Butcher Shops in Nola

I'm having a luau during Memorial Day weekend and plan on roasting a whole pig. To make it a bit easier on my part, I would like to find a butcher shop that has the pig already sliced & seasoned for you, so all I would need to do is place it in a cajun microwave. Help would be greatly appreciated. Any suggestions???

Rouses could probably do it for you.
So would Cochon Butcher, but I'm thinking they'd charge a lot more.

I'd give Emmet's Meats a call. They are out in Harahan

They actually have decent prices. I got two pounds of ground brisket from there which went into some awesome burgers.

I have gotten whole pigs dressed and ready to go from Rare Cuts, Butcher, Rouses, and Dorignacs. I suspect Langenstein's could also get them. Just give any of those butcher shops a heads up as to what you want and they will do it.
Although I would suggest seasoning it yourself so you control that. If I knew how to post pictures I'd show a 20 pounder I got from Rouses in November that I stuffed with apples, red wine, rosemary, bread, mirepoix, and its kidneys. It rocked.
