Committee doesn't give a shite about RPI beyond seeding. There will always be a group of death and a couple of joke regionals.

Your example about the committee and Arkansas is one of the bigger jokes I have seen in this thread. You have no idea how the committee operates.

I'd like to see us host OU. My good friend Cody Reine that left LSU a few years back is a senior there and the starting right fielder. I'd hope for him to go 4-4 but the tigers get the victory lol

what do you think they do? flip a coin? they "attempt" to make the regionals balanced while keeping as many teams as close to their home region as possible. obviously, that isn't always possible and still maintain balance, nor is it possible to have complete balance, but to think the committee is going to put arkansas in a regional with 3 no names from single qualifier conferences, that aren't even good baseball teams in single qualifier conferences, in the same regional is asinine. i'll gladly eat crow if that happens.

yes there are regions of death, and yes there are cakewalk regions, but not as much so as the fayetteville regional.

What is the deal with the Gary regional? I assume Purdue would be hosting a regional at Gary because their ballpark in inadequate? Gary will no doubt be the un-safest town EVER to host a college baseball regional.

Yep, Purdue's stadium makes UCLA's look like the box. It's currently being renovated but will never be ready in time.

Every projection does so far. The main reason they haven't last few years was an upset tourny winner and who should have gotten an at large shutting the bed down the.stretch and in conf tourny
