If you have an unopened one, go return it where you got it. Unless its stolen 
Anyway I wouldn't even bother selling them an unopened game, you are more than likely to get ripped off. Ebay or craigslist would probably net you more

Considering a used copy price + $10 online pass, this is a steal at $19.99.
I find it interesting that the 360 copy of the Limited Edition is only $24.99 but Sold Out, and the PS3 LE is still $59.99 but also Sold Out.
Is this Online Only? Cause if it's in Best Buy stores as well I've got a friend or 2 that I will force to go buy it for $20.

It let me order it for that price. My brother wanted a copy so I guess I will find out for sure this evening when I run by and pick it up and see if they honor it.

I was just kiddin about $10. But best buy has an app that will tell you its value. Bf3 is worth $15 and GS is always less than BB so $10 isn't unrealistic. It might be $12 so who knows.
