I liked the open air one better than this last one.. this one seemed too linear. Although all 3 have been very entertaining IMO.

The Mars one was FIYA. I was blowing shite up left and right. This one does seem linear but I actually like that. I don't need to be wandering too far from the nursing home.

Can someone tell me if this is true or not?
Red Faction was one of the first games I remember playing that had significant area damage.
Was it one of the first games that allowed that to this extent?

I'm 99% sure that's why I loved the first red faction, was the first real game that had destructible levels.. so we spent half the time with rocket launchers building tunnels. Was it's claim to fame and I really miss that part about it in the new ones.

I've gotten my $16 worth out of this game. It's getting much much better as I play on.
