Frying Union Parish white-sacca-crappie-lait, corn filled hush puppies, homemade onion rings; and potato salad. I've been on the beers since the first pitch of today's game. It's a great Sunday to be above ground!!

Lucy wants pasta and a mix of sausage/ground meat. About an even mix. Lots of hot peppers, onions and garlic. I use Monjuni sauce. The question is which type of pasta. I can go small shells or spaghetti. She'll wake up in about 1 hour so I need to start cooking now.

Yep. And I try to alternate rice, potatoes or whole wheat bread. But she trends toward pasta as the carb.
