Stay at The Sportsman Motel. That 1 o'clock train sounds like it's coming in your room with the track literally 20 yards behind. 
That place is getting pretty ronchy. Last year we were therer and I'm pretty some dudes renting were using a room upstairs to run whores.
Year before that I woke up in the middle of the night and some wired up black chick was in our room.
