I respect KR & all, but I'll believe it when I see it. Seems like someone props up the Southland as a 2 bid league every year, & when memorial day comes around it just doesn't happen.

I like Kendall but I loved giving him the business on a daily basis on his old rivals board at the end of the season and postseason in 2009. He's much better now but he was a pretty good Texas homer back then.

He lives & works out of Austin. My friends had him by at their tailgate @ Disch-Falk & told me the same thing, but he does have a healthy respect for LSU.

I think he's been better the past few seasons because Texas hasn't been any good. He doesn't need to talk about them.

Wish they would get their shite together. Omaha w/ LSU & UT is a blast. Plus it's fun to see all the LSU fans get butthurt over Texas succeeding.

The Texas fans at the CWS were some of the worst people I've ever encountered. People say that a lot about other teams' fans but they top my list.
Nothing was sweeter than seeing them so close to a win in game 1 and LSU coming back to win and whipping them in game 3.

One of my favorite moments was watching Coleman come in mow them down the last couple innings. You could just see it on his face that he was all business.

We gave the left fielder the business all three games with his girlfriend sitting right in the front row of the outfield. It all culminated when Ochinko chopped his two run single through to left in game 3 and his throw to the plate two hopped by the time it got the 3rd and only made it halfway to the plate.

I also say and hear a lot about opposing teams' fans, but that CWS against Texass in '09 took the cake.
There's no better word to describe their baseball fans than arrogant (which I'm sure is not just limited to baseball). I have been around Alabama fans all my life and their arrogance is not even close to Longhorns fans. I thoroughly enjoyed whipping their arse in Game 3.

I think a lot of people underestimate this team, but on the other hand, a lot of people overestimate them as well.
