More importantly, SC series will be for the 3rd SEC National seed. No way the conference gets 4, and KY and FL are locks.

I wouldn't say Kentucky is quite a lock yet. If they stumble down the stretch in the SEC their weak non-conference schedule could hurt them. I think Florida is close to a lock if they don't crap out the rest of the way.

Any losses down the stretch would be ugly losses, but I don't see them losing many with that schedule, except maybe Florida, and that won't hurt them at all.

in that "East Ascension High School" ballpark at Kentucky.

Couldn't have said it better myself. It was exactly what their ball park reminded me of.

taking 5/6 from UGA & Vandy & 3/6 from Ole Miss & USCe will get us to 20-10 in the SEC. Gotta think that would be good enough for a BYE/Super if we don't go 0-2 n Hoover.

I was actually thinking the exact same thing when I first read this thread

The SECT rarely will knock you out of a national seed if you ere already one going in. South Carolina went 1-2 last year and received the #4 overall seed. If we go 20-10 or 21-9 in the SEC, we should lock up a national seed.

Kentucky's win yesterday was huge for them. LSU could still win the SEC in a tie, but gaining two games on Kentucky will be tough with our schedule and their easy one.

good thing the SEC awards co-champions if there's a tie. Only thing tying Kentucky would do is give us the #2 seed in the SECT which wouldn't matter at all
