MY FIL and I are looking to go to big buck country this season to try our hand at a nice buck with the cross bow. We are not looking for a dinner bell hunt where the trophy walks out with a price tag, but would like to go somewhere that someone puts in the right area and we go from there. Also, not looking to re mortgage the house so something sensible. A lottery type hunt would be nice as well if anyone can help out with the details.

Call Kenny McRae. They are in San Angelo, Tx.
He's a real good guy, and they'll have a nice buck or 1,000 for you to shoot.

Yeah, kinda. I thought he had found a place, but its not in crossbow territory. And I'm not talkig about a 200 class deer. I'd be pretty happy with a solid 6 point.

West Texas is your friend. You can find some pretty cheap hunts that should fit your bill.
