I always wanted to start a thread of this sort and I figured with Pudge announcing his retirement on Monday, no better time than now. I will list MY all-time favorite players by position and I would like to hear yours.

I don't really have a favorite for every position, but I do know that Mark Grace is my favorite 1B, Jose Canseco was my favorite DH, Kerry Wood is my favorite pitcher and Jim Edmonds was my favorite outfielder.
