I know it is early in the season, but from what you have seen so far, do you think any players this year has a chance at an AL/NL or MLB Triple Crown?

I think there are 3 players that have a chance this year based on early results and that is Josh Hamilton, Miguel Cabrera, and Matt Kemp. I seriously think that Matt Kemp has a legit shot at the NL Triple Crown, but not overall. Josh Hamilton leads all three AL categories, but can he stay healthy all season? If he does (and that is a big if), he is a legit contender for the AL Triple Crown, but I don't think he can beat Kemp on highest batting average.

No Ryan Braun? Don't see why he wouldn't have a shot. Don't think not having Fielder will kill his stats that much.

I think it might. He will still get his, but I think his RBI's might suffer and his lack of protection around him will hurt his home runs as well as teams will be even less willing to pitch to him without the fear of Fielder. Plus, the Brewers have looked average out of the gate.

There will never be another triple crown winner because the quality of the leagues are so high nowadays. If baseball's lord and savior, Barrold Lamar Bonds couldn't win a triple crown, nobody can.

Barry got walked too much and the Giants' lineups were never that stacked, so RBIs were hard for him.

Yea, I definitely think a triple crown winner will come from a stacked team. Matt Kemp has a chance because he is in the NL.
