Shane killing Lem is a good one. I'm sure the Sopranos has a scene too.

How about recent scenes that are destined to be historically epic? Quarels being disarmed might pass. Archer kneecapping the Potato Mafia might be a stretch, but deserves consideration.

Breaking Bad when Walt smokes Gus's goons with the Aztec and then shoots the one guy in the head and yells "Run." Great scene.
