About to go buy a few family packs of wings and grill them up this afternoon. Anybody got any special ideas/pointers.
Here's what I'm thinking: (not necessarily in order)
(Gas grill btw)
Oil up the grill
Medium - MedLow Heat
Cut wings apart to lay flat
Cook approx 15-20 minutes turning several times
Ill probably put a little s&p before I put them on. Then make up some kind of sauce honey/BBQ/hot sauce/ onion
Main thing I would like is for nice crispy skin.
Thoughts anyone?
TIA

I do this all the time. Lil S & P, grill them, then toss them in whatever type of sauce you like. I use a charcoal weber grill and I've tossed them in all types of diffrents sauces, but mostly do a Thai chili sauce and then sprinkle some chopped cilantro over them.

I always soak mine for a few hours in buttermilk, drain and sprinkle a rub over them and then smoke them for about 30-45 in my old smokey over mesquite/pecan wood. You could probably get a similar effect if you wrap some damp would chips in foil and place in your grill.

Toss with either pepper jelly or zea's sweet chili glaze, deliciousness.

I grill mine a little crispy, then toss em in my sauce whatever i am feeling at that time then through those bad boys back on the grill until they get nice and sticky. Take em off and toss again and then grub with some blue cheese!

I do these all the time. My kids love them. I season mine up with whatever I'm feeling like that day. I build a fire on one side of my Old Smokie and put the wings right over it to char and crisp them up, then move them over to the other side put the top on and let the smoke and indirect heat do it's thing. Sometimes I'll sauce them sometimes I don't.
I think I'll do some tonight.

Dad makes awesome grilled wings, real crowd pleasers.
Grill the wings til done, then toss them in a blend of 1/2 Krystal hot sauce and half teriyaki sauce. The teriyaki sauce with the
Title bits of goodness floating in it works best. I think the brand is Yori-Yori or something similar. I think Kikkoman just came out with one too. It is way more flavorful than the plain liquid type.
Enjoy.
