Color Change Logo Help

I have to make these two logos black and white to be placed on shirts. Both companies gave me permission to change or alter their logos. Can anyone lend a hand. The T-shirt lady cant do it and I am on a timeline. HELP PLEASE!
Also for the Industrial logo can that background be taken away and just have the logo and writing?

For this one do you just want the logo and "In God We trust", or do you want the bottom writing included as well?

For the Hinton one I would like pretty much the Hinton logo, In God We Trust and the writing underneath. Doesn't have to have the diamond plate, I dont know if it would look right on a shirt.
