I have to make these two logos black and white to be placed on shirts. Both companies gave me permission to change or alter their logos. Can anyone lend a hand. The T-shirt lady cant do it and I am on a timeline. HELP PLEASE!
Also for the Industrial logo can that background be taken away and just have the logo and writing?

For the Hinton one I would like pretty much the Hinton logo, In God We Trust and the writing underneath. Doesn't have to have the diamond plate, I dont know if it would look right on a shirt.
