I've met him, or been around him several times. He's always cool, friendly, and likes to talk LSU stuff. Maybe 12-15 times.

Lived his entire life on soithside of Monroe

I took my kids to a WM practice and Bradie and Big Whit were working out with the team. Bradie made his way over to us, shook our hands, and spent about 5 minutes talking to my two boys. Yeah, he seems like a real A hole.

I'm just telling you guys my experience with him. I walked up to talk to him at the spring game and he said he's not here to talk. Maybe he was in a bad mood for some reason but that was just a dick move on his part.

Just saw where he signed for 825K for the year with just over 250K guaranteed and signing bonus of 65K....his stock has really fallen...but he is back with Wade Phillips in Houston...I just remember that he was all over Saban when he recruited in NE Louisiana......I can understand he affection toward his old coach but not the disloyalty to LSU he exhibited....taking pictures with Saban and visiting high schools with him....

you ever think that these guys get tired of every fan coming up and talking to them? I am positive that shite gets old and I might be an a-hole from time to time as well

Let's not mention all those south Monroe players that were re-districted for Charlie Brown and Neville in the 70s, 80s and early 90s?

With or without James, WM would have won the 5A title in 1998. You cannot get over the fact that WM is a superior program than Neville. It aint 1979 anymore!

My SO and I have both worked pro bono for his charity... he is one of the coolest, nicest former players I've ever met.

Heard him here in town yesterday saying he can't wait to be with the "bulls on parade"... so damn happy we picked this guy up. Great leader, great veteran, highly respected around the league.

The only confirmed Saban supporter I know of (ex-player) is Skyler Green.

well....that kind of blows up the negatiger theory that Les "won with Sabans' players." as I've said before, the second Saban stepped foot in that Learjet the kids he dumped at LSU were no longer "his" players. in truth (scarce on the rant) Les augmented Sabans recruits with strong recruiting classes of his own and coached that combination to the best 5yr record in LSU history.

finish the job in '12!
