I have my girlfriend coming with me on the boat and I don't want to take any chances. TIA

any doctor can write a script i believe

I always call my doctor and get him to call it in for me. I don't think they sell them over the counter for some strange reason. I would also reccomend to get some finnegan while you at it just in case she gets sick even with the patch.

Dude, it is a white pill.

No, and I spelled it wrong in my last post. It's phenergan

Well I know there is nasal spray and I don't know what it is called. I don't ever get sea sick so I am not aware of the medicine fore it

Just pick her up a few Dramamine and eat a full breakfast.
If I take anything else I just get tired and sleepy.

I am going to call my doctor and see if he will write it for me, but if not I will do the dramamine.

They seem to work fairly well. I wouldn't know personally, I've never gotten sick.

Also we are going on a 55' Viking so maybe it won't be as bad. It says 3-4's, will the be noticeable on that boat?

Ginger snap cookies and ginger ale are suppose to work really well and in some cases better than the pills.
I think it was on a Mythbusters once.

Yea, I've always had a problem when I was younger but I have a few bachelor parties coming up and I believe I'm just going to say frick it. I haven't been offshore in probably 10 years

I've been told to get Bonine for seasickness. I'm gonna pick some up for my cousin when we go on the cruise b/c she is worried about it.

You will notice it, but it shouldn't be that bad. If for some reason she does get sick try and keep her away from the back of the boat. The damn exhaust on those sport fishers just make it worse.

Yeah I remember that from when I was little. I just talked to my doctor and said he is calling in the script for me so we should be ok
