I heard that too. Thats why he is on ESPN and not in football. He's good with X's and O's but when it comes to personell decisions and general commentary he is incompetent.

And even then he (Hodge) isn't great at that. Watched him try to be all contrarian yesterday on ESPN saying that RG3 is better than Andrew Luck in every aspect of the position. He cut up some tape of RG3 from games against nobodies, then proceeded to stick his chest out proudly about his findings.
Herm Edwards, Mel Kiper and Todd McShay all basically called him an ignorant tard and he nearly took a swing at Herm...it was epic.
Dude is an idiot who is trying to revive his career by being different from the crowd. Skip Bayless Jr if you ask me.

He is always going in the opposite direction of logic. He definately is Skip Bayless Jr. with actual sports experience.
