Is my video card enough to run Diablo 3

Can i get some help guys? Part time gamer, was really into Diablo 1 and 2, now looking forward to 3. Was looking at system requirements and i can't figure out if my system is good enough. Here is what i have:
intel core 2 quad 2.66 ghz
6 gig ram
nvidia geforce 9500gs
over 500 gig hard drive space so i know thats no problem
computer is a couple years old, hoping i don't have to upgrade it to play.

You won't have to spend much, I'd recommend at least a GT 430 ($59). It may run but may not run well.

With your video card you should be fine on low-medium settings.

It'll be a solid week at least before I see sunlight when it comes out

Thanks for the help, just checked canirunit.com and i meet all minimum requirements, fall short of recommended in the video card department.
