Why is there nothing out there between crappy and super expensive?
I have checked around but men's warehouse and Rubensteins are the only places I know have them. No thanks on the former and I was hoping to spend under $2000 so that latter is difficult.

Because there are only two kinds of people who wear three piece suits. The first type buys bright green suits with seven buttons and wears a pocket watch with a thick gold chain. The second type buys ultra-conservative bespoke suits made of the finest handshorn alpaca wools and doesn't even glance at the price tag. If you aren't in one of those two categories, you're not the target consumer for three piece suits.
On a more practical note, why would anyone want to wear a vest in south Louisiana during the summer?
