If all these people would go to the games the attendance would double.

If the program won, people would show up.

See how a vicious cycle works?

A lot of people didn't go to games because the team was shite. The team was shite because TJ was a poor recruiter/coach. Remove him and the prospect of a better program arises. Thus interest increases. Got it?

That's what you call bandwagon fans.

Jump at the first sight of success, jump off and feel they have a right to bitch the minute the team sucks.

Would love to and did go to a few games this year. Problem for me, and I'm sure a lot of people on a forum, is that I live over an hour away and have small kids. Most nights its just not feasible or I'd have Season Tickets.

A lot of people didn't go when Trent won the conference either and that was months after those same people said they'd buy season tickets if we fired Brady.

Season tickets in TS were easy to get during dinardo... Why didn't people get them then? Isn't it funny how winning creates interest

Please list the basketball programs with fans that show up to watch a losing team.

If only there was some independent reason that would explain that. Hint it was after a disastrous losing season and it rhymes with radition thund.

I didn't care for trent but went to a ton of games. You see, I cheer for the name on the front of the jersey.

Get it? Got it? I'm sure you don't........retard(s)

This is the dumbest argument ever. Do you realize how many LSU alumni there are? And how many non-alumni supporters there are?

Consistent winners build programs and gets these people on board and others (the real bandwagons) as well. But then again, some people think bandwagons are bad. In fact, you want people that have no interest in LSU wearing LSU gear, rooting for something they have little connection too except the product itself.

So the requirement to discuss the new coach is how many games you went to. I would imagine that at a max there have been 150 people who have commented. I would imagine attendance is higher than that. Sucks for us stuck in other cities who follow the team online or tv when can.

I just get really tired of the Superfans who come on this board puffing their chests out as if all of us who post here DON'T pull for the name on the front of the jersey, and the fact that THEY do makes them something special.
