Talking ads at the bottom

When did this become common? I have gotten them all day today and have gotten about 6 in a row now. It's very annoying.

It was 2 different ads on 3 different boards. I haven't seen them again since I made the thread but if they show up I will screen cap them.

I was getting them earlier today every time I refreshed on a board.
And they are horrible. They start with a 20 second ad, then go into a 2:30 video of some sort, and the only way to stop them is to switch to another screen. If you try to x out on the ad, it immediately takes you to a shopping site to buy the advertised item.
ETA: I remember one of the ads was for Lysol.
I haven't been getting it in the last few hours though.

They always show up in the "topics of interest" box. To the right of the topics of interest.

Press print screen. Then paste onto Microsoft word. Then right click and save to my pictures. Then upload to your image hosting site. Then post it in this thread and then profit.

I got the toilet paper one, and after that it transitioned to the lysol one without a page refresh. I was not amused.
