...........................................................

First pitch: 6:05

The Astros look to rebound after last night's defensive circus. For the Rockies 83 year old Jamie Moyer makes his first MLB start since 2010 while Lucas Harrell starts for the Astros. Chris Snyder will do the catching tonight and inexplicably, Jose Altuve is replaced by Brian Bixler. Nice Mills.

CF Schafer
2B Bixler
LF Martinez
1B Lee
3B Johnson
RF Bogusevic
C Snyder
SS Gonzalez
P Harrell

Who the frick is this Bixler guy. I'd like to think that I somewhat have a general idea as to who plays or is on the verge of playing for the MLB club and I've LITERALLY never heard of the guy until last night

Let's go 'stros. Read somewhere that only 3 of the current Astros were alive when Moyer pitched in his first MLB game.

Prom, Bixler is basically a career minor leaguer. He played with the nats last year and played all the outfield positions as well as 1st 2nd and 3rd. He wad slated for Okc but was called up to take Lowries spot while he's on the dl.

Vol... I got those pictures from the ESPN stats that come up on a Google search. The pictures are current on their ESPN page but not on the thumbnails for some reason.

Moyer is so goddamn old. He looks like an old bastard, but he literally turns 50 this year in November. Unreal.

Yeah, back to back great defensive plays to get us out of the inning.
