I wouldn't have a problem if the next coach wants to hire him as an assistant. He's probably looking to get out of Stillwater before the shite hits the fan.

Why cant you think outside the box a little? He recruited because of the talent BR had at the time. You gotta be able to coach too. How about we interview people who have been a head coach first?

You all are talking bout OK State, but they had injuries, bad injuries and still beat the number 2 team in the country. With what they have coming back, Nash, Olukemi, Brown, Williams, Jurick, Cobbins, bringing in AA Marcus Smart and Phil Forte and the class isn't done yet, that team could be top 25 at some point next year, definitely could compete in the Big 12 if Smart comes in ready to play and catches on quickly, the way those Freshmen developed from the first year to the second, could be a very good year, don't think Butch would wanna give that up, especially for a school that turned their backs on him.
