Try 6.

Morgan already has one, so there are now 5 open scholarships, assuming no additional attrition. (which could be a big IF).

Another season without making the NCAA tournament lies ahead. I'm so sick and tired of this crap. Although Dale Brown had his own problems, he led LSU to 10 consecutive NCAA tournament appearances. Brady couldn't manage more than 2 consecutive appearances, Trent can't manage more than 1.

unless trent finds a rabbit in a hat somewhere, he really dropped the ball with this in recruiting as far as not having someone in line to replace hamilton knowing there was a chance he'd go this route.

It's beyond ridiculous, I don't blame the casual LSU fan for not having any interest in basketball.

I wouldn't if I were him. If he's able to get that hardship waiver, he'd play for them next year and wku will probably be better than LSU next year.

That he does but I was referring to the scholarships that go towards our big men.

He made the right choice being that if he don't get drafted he has something to fall back on. 7'0 center with the shooting ability and size he has someone will give him a shot. Trent is not going any where cause if you read Alleva statement he said the bball program is headed in the right direction under TJ.

my interest heading into last season was probably an all time low and will be even lower this season now.

we won a few games early on and it brought back some excitement, especially with some young talent like hickey and johnny but once we went on that bad run early in conference play i pretty much knew we were who we were. that slump at the end of the year just confirmed it.

as it stands we'll be lucky to be anywhere near as good as last season's team next season.
