"I committed to Miami," Dobard said. "I wanted to surprise everybody. I knew what I was going to do, just played games. Once I got to Miami (for an unofficial visit today) and I saw what I needed to see, boom, I made it happen."

What did he see? Doesn't Miami have the shittiest facilities around? Does he realize this isn't the same 'U' as it used to be..

I think "picking" Miami is part of his game.

But if he really goes there. . .

You're a fricking tight end Standish. I'm sure people were on the edge of their seats in anticipation of the big announcement.

It's the "I want to be like Jimmy Graham" effect.

Reading between the lines here, but this might mean Desean Smith is a silent.

He's got really good measurables, but his Rivals early junior year "highlights" are downright laughable.

In it, he mainly blocks, and sometimes he blocks his man into the RB, or gets pushed back into the ball carrier. When he does go out for a pass, the ball skitters off his fingers incomplete.

Miami fans are going "Yay! We got a 4-star!", and then when they look at those specific "highlights", they go, "How many TE's are we taking this year?"

Right. It's not like Nevin's still over there paying you.
