Going to SilverStar Steakhouse in Bossier

Haven't been in a while. Anyone been there and want to recommend something?

You're assuming some guy manning a steak grill in Bossier City will know what that means and execute it as requested?

If they acted strange, I'd just quickly say 'blue rare - as raw as they'll serve it'. I'd rather it that was anyhow, but I'm convinced to try a few Pittsburghs to compare them.

I'm from the SBC area and have never even heard of this place. Did a quick search for reviews and found mostly negative comments. Which is usually a surprise when coming from the SBC crowd who aren't the most culinary adept or discerning. Normally they give even Texas Roadhouse great reviews.

Why, may I ask, are you dining at this particular place?

It's Silver Star Smokehouse not Steakhouse, so I'd probably get BBQ. Ribs if they look good, brisket+sausage if not.
