At what positions will lack of depth be an issue (in 2012)?

LB if anything, yes we have plenty of new guys coming in so that still remains a question. DT is more than fine with Freak, Logan, Ego, Downs, QT, and even Mickey Johnson all with the possibility of seeing some PT.

Sorry to upset you but outside of Mett (who also has little to no REAL GAME experience)....there may be "depth" but there sure ain't much experience. You really feel confident in Rivers if Mett turns an ankle against SEC foes?

Last time I checked you only need one qb on the field. Mett is already better than lee. Rivers is better than jj. We should worry about depth at lb. You will be eatin your words when mettt slings it all over the field tomorrow.

The question wasn't IF Mett was better than previous QB's, it was what position will lack of depth be an issue? No doubt Mett is better than any QB we've had since Flynn. But the depth chart is not real stout with proven promise after #8. Thus providing reason for believing that lack of depth at THAT position could be an issue in 2012.

Rivers is unproven but I believe in him based on his size and his brother. I don't think he is as good as meet but he is better than jlee who should have never seen an sec field to begin with
