Leidenheimer's? Gambino's? Any others? It's hard to get some good poboy bread locally here in Jackson, so do these breads freeze well?

I should have made known that I have access to the two I mentioned. Do any of these other places ship? And can it be frozen because it normally has to be bought in bulk?

You can freeze bread. On the Liedenheimers bag, it says to freeze unused portion. Binder's may ship.

I've always enjoyed Walmart's french bread for poboys.

screw tradition.

i like a good thick sour dough bread. you know, when the flour sticks to your lips.

call it a sandwich if you want. i still call it a poboy.
