How to fix the Halo franchise

I've been playing a lot of of Halo 3 lately and I even popped in Halo: Reach. The game is a fricking abomination, it sucks. Competitive halo is dying because Reach sucks so bad. If 343 does a few easy things then Halo 4 will get a lot more play than Black Ops 2.
1. Bring bank numbered rank system. It made everyone try that much harder in every game and paired good players with good players more often than not.
2. Bring back the BR. (Done thank god.)
3. No reticule bloom. Reticule bloom sucks. It makes gun fights a game of chance instead of making players adjust their aim.
4. Get rid of fricking armor lock and all of the load-out bullshite. It breaks the game.

Agreed.
Bring back the bubbleshield, health regen, and energy drain too. Fighting over useful accessories that spawn on these maps, and then having the presence of mind to use them at the right time, was a lot of fun.

I agree with everything you said, but especially #4. I absolutely hate that shite.

pretty much exactly what barracuda said. #4 completely agree. #3, i don't know what your talking about.

Reticule bloom is when you shoot your crosshairs get bigger and your shots less accurate. This cannot be counteracted by skill like muzzle climb.

The shitty wanna be BR from reach, you pull the trigger too fast and it "simulated" the ability to hold aim.
It fricking sucked.
The "loadout" shite ruined the game for me. I've been loyal to halo since 2, when half moons and solar eclipses for ranks were common . Dumped thousands of hours into matchmaking in 2 and 3 and I flat out refuse to play reach multiplayer.

I could be wrong but ever since 343 took over Reach, the only armor abilities available are sprint and invisibility. They said they did this to prepare players for Halo 4. I would be fine with just sprint, even though evade was definitely the best perk in the game.
343 has also reduced the reticule bloom in preparation for Halo 4.
Personally, I like evade more than any other perk. The ability to roll in every direction was fricking awesone.
