Need help posting pics

I have done it once but its been awhile. can someone tell me how to post a pic. I tried but when I select preview the pics don't show up. thanks

copy image location
paste image location in the "img" box
paste image location in the "img" box

yea I did that but then when I select preview nothing shows up. I am selecting pics from photobucket.

Make sure you are using the "Direct Link" from your Photobucket account.
