A lil help please....

A friend asked me to make a pic of a Hokie Stone, then he asked me if I could make a cartoon out of it. I don't know how to do that!! Any help of suggestions?

Rattle....that pic was taken from a source pic with the stone on a mantle above a fireplace. I removed the wall behind it, and the mantle. I emailed it to him, he's wanting to use it on one of our payboards a new one called The Tunnel. He asked if I had a program that could make that pic of the stone to look like a cartoon? I'm guessing he meant to look like it's freehanded or drawn or something. I was and still am puzzled.

Thanks a bunch rattle. I've been talking to they guy and he was all mixed, Should've used the phone rather than the net!! I think the Patron Silver is flowing on his end.
