Has it been stated any where that saints players were paid

to hurt another player? Ryan clarks statements tell it best imo of all the reward systems out there. He has been apart of a team that rewarded one player to hurt another but was part of system that rewarded big play and part of it was big hits. Am I correct in believing the same about the saints? I believe that is what is being overlooked here by the media. The whole belief of the media is "never let the facts get in the way of a good story" seems apparent here. Hopefully the nfl sees this and most of our punishment will be bc we covered it up.

If it is a legal hit by the defiition of the rules and you are not fined for the hit in which a player is carted off or injured, then who gives a shite if you were paid extra for it. As long as you are not trying to take someones knees out, I don't care. It makes football more interesting.

As a player putting up money to knock someone out of a game, I don't think I'd be willing to reward someone for doing it on a late hit or cheap shot.
