In the Tositos Fedex Geico Chrysler Microsoft national championship game?
All kidding aside, I would like to hear some educated opinions.

I think this game is "too much set in stone" if you know what I mean. I think one of the two would slip up somewhere, but I could be wrong and I hope I'm wrong too. It'd be a great game.

This is what I'm hoping for with both at 13-0 after running through their schedules would be nice. Been wanting USC for almost 10 years now

Nothing will ever "solve" that debacle. That was 9 years ago. And can't we all just agree that Oklahoma was the team that shouldn't have been there?

For me, it's not so much that as the fact that those dominant USC teams NEVER played the dominant SEC team of the year...03 LSU, 04 Auburn, 06 & 08 Florida, 07 LSU. I'm not so sure they would've won many of those games and I was sick of hearing how good they were. At least Bama goes out there and proves it against the very best. I know it's no fault of USC that their NC years never aligned with an SEC team, but it's just something I always hated about those teams.

Yes, I know that D. Thomas and L. James are gone from Oregon, Luck is gone from Stanford, that helps ya'll out but that kid from Washington could be a fit for you.
Your defense is good, not great. Barkley is a great QB though. Y'all were lucky to have him stick around.
If you make it great, I want that match up. Been wanting it for years.
Guess we'll see.

I think SC makes it for sure. If I was to pick another opponent, it would be LSU as of now.

I can definitely agree with this. Both LSU and USC dropped more than 2 spots in the polls when they lost early in the year. OK gets skull-dragged in the conference championship game and only drops 2 spots? And the AP raises hell about the NC match-up that they created. Definition of hypocrisy.

maybe FSU, alabama, and oklahoma as a darkhorse, and michigan, georgia, WVU, clemson, or ??????? as really darkhorses.
You never know someone not on the radar could creep up and surprise us all, look at auburn 2010.

Would love it but still some tough hurdles for both teams. LSU has to get by Bama Arkansas South Carolina and probably UGA in the SEC championship game. USC's road is easier but still no gimmie having to play Oregon twice.

Have you seen USC's schedule? It is slightly tougher than Bama's 2011 schedule, which isn't saying much at all.
USC should walk in to the BCSNCG based on schedule alone.
