I lived there.
You'd get tired of it. Those people are weird, and you would have to learn Spanish.
No thank you.

At first I was about to absolutely ream you... then I opened up the actual link and read the following:
"Not from futility, but the heartbreak that comes from building fans' hopes up only to let them down in the end."
Yea - if that's the criteria - without a friggin doubt. Atlanta - #1. It's painful but dammit, I love 'em...

<---------- This guy Loves the taste of Atlanta's tears.

Wow, really? Atlanta inferiority complex much?

Yeah, Oakland would be. But San Diego is getting there. 350K doesn't get you a very big house in S.D. though. I would jump off a cliff if I had to live out there. I don't even think of it as the U.S.

How many superbowls did yall win? How's Matty Ice workin out for you? Have you added any really good coaches this offseason? Hows your draft looking this year?

In Atlanta, we have more than 1 sport that we're competitive in. I think this is why we are on the list...
We have 0 Super Bowls. Matt Ryan is doing pretty good actually. Best consecutive 4-5 years we've ever had. Added a really good D coordinator and no one knows on the draft... it's a bit down the road.
I think the exact same could be said about the Saints except you have 1 Super Bowl.

Right after you move away from Atlanta

Da f?
The Rockies aren't great but they should be improved this year.
The Broncos have Tebow. He doesn't light it up but they seemed pretty satisfied with him this year.
The Nuggets are decent.

I'm a huge braves fan...and like most braves fans, I don't live in Atlanta. That's why the braves have such a bad rep concerning fan attendance. Not many live in Atlanta, they are spread all over the south. I have zero loyalty to the city of Atlanta, just the braves.
And I despise the falcons

Why is Denver even on this list?

This is what the list is about (if you click the link)
The Most Miserable Sports Cities
Where have U.S. sports fans suffered the most misery? Not from futility, but the heartbreak that comes from building fans' hopes up only to let them down in the end. Sticking to sports towns with at least 75 cumulative seasons in the NFL, NBA, NHL and Major League Baseball, we rank each by playoff failures (the deeper you lose in the playoffs, the more misery points) and championship droughts.
