I am looking at about 1.5 hours myself. Chimay Blue might be a good candidate for FBD at home.

Fbd- hitachino 3 days. I was inspired to open mine after yesterdays thread. Nice little funk to it.

I really wanna like and support tin roof. The pale is decent, the blonde is decent but the amber is the worst imho.

Not my favorite, but not bad. Tried Meantime IPA this past weekend and was surprised because it tasted exactly like Perfect Tin.

Meantime IPA gets good ratings.

SO far it has been a few Anchor Brown and something from Squatters

FBD is Alesmith IPA

a kickass west coast IPA with huge hops

I really wish Alesmith distributed to Texas, would love regular access to IPA and Speedway Stout

moved on to a Grimbergen Abbey Double Ale.

Pretty light and somewhat tasteless for an Abbey.

I was just listening to a podcast with Peter from ale smith. Will definitely be looking for their stuff when I'm in their area.

Alesmith and Hess are "can't miss" beer stops when we go to San Diego

If you are in SoCal, you should be able to find it at a Bevmo

I liked that one a lot. Thought it was a little sweet but in a good way.

Lots of great ones in San Diego. I prefer going to pizza port for pizza and beer than going to the lost abbey/ port brewing

Hamiltons, toronado, and O'Briens are some good beer bars/pubs for great beer selections

Sam Adams Alpine Spring.

First time having this new seasonal brew, and it's not bad.
