If I had to guess its probably because he started a thread here asking why one racial slur is censored while others weren't. He went on the provide examples of the ones not censored.

It was here on the Help Board.
Chicken, the guy started a thread that was wrongly titled and horribly executed. Let's say we chalk this up as a learning experience and let him back. The thread did have merit but he just didn't word it properly. It's President's Day weekend for crying out loud.
