Looks like it will be the next COD title, and Activision's bitter b/c they got scooped. You know, like news. Like journalism. Game journalism. God forbid. Sorry if Germans.

"The identity of this year's Call of Duty title may just have been outed by the French arm of online retailer Amazon.
According to a Gameblog report, as translated by Gamespot, a product page for Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 appeared on the site this week before quickly being taken down.
Gameblog then claimed that Activision demanded it remove its original report too. When it refused to do so, the publisher apparently rescinded an invitation to a Transformers: Fall of Cybertron preview event and pulled advertising bookings it had with the site.
The publisher has thus far declined to comment.
A direct sequel to 2010's Black Ops would be no great surprise - it's still the best-selling game of all time on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
Activision has confirmed that a new Call of Duty title will hit shelves later this year, and promised that it will feature "meaningful innovation" for the FPS series. "

It's the traditional story of the tortoise and hare. Treyarch was the tortoise but has won the fans IMO. Infinity ward started strong but forgot about the fans.

Treyarch has definitely emerged as the premier call of duty developer.

Tha fuk? All of the COD games = the same game basically. I'm pretty sure if you're good at MW3, you are pretty damn good at BLOPs and vice versa.

I just wish you could reset stats. BlOps was my first CoD and I was putrid the first two months. My K/D would probably be in the neighborhood of 1.8 if not for the first two months. Oh well.
