i'll be there next weekend and wanted to hit the links. any recommendations?

preferably for less than $100 though. so that leaves out Grand Bear, Prestige, Shell Landing.

i saw Sunkist and Gulf Hills are fairly cheap. anyone play these?

I didn't think Shell landing was over $100. That's a nice course. So is The Preserve and its about 5 minutes from Shell Landing. The Bridges is also a good track.

After Fallen Oaks, Preserve is the best track out there imo.

Shell Landing is nice, but $110?! Damn. I used to live down the street and it was only about $70 on weekends 2-3 years ago.

the preserve is pretty sweet, but I have a hard time paying that much when i can go play grand bear for cheaper. I think you timed this all wrong too.... last weekend was the final weekend for the winter pricing around here i think.
Some of the other courses aren't bad, i've never played shell landing though. Bridges is always a nice alternative, just a little drive from biloxi to bay st louis. I personally hate The Oaks, they try to pack as many frickers on that course as possible. They have a tee time like every 5 min or so it seems. Then you also have to deal with the guys who live on the course and play that bitch on a regular basis. Not a fun golfing experience.

join IP Players club and see if they can knock down Shell Landing for you, they usually do. They probably definitely would if you stay a night there

How much would Fallen Oak set you back if you were staying at the Beau for several nights?

$200 a green fee i think.... only way you can play fallen oak is by staying at the Beau.
