Do you have a link for this, or are you just talking out of your arse like most people who try to act like they know everything? I'll stand corrected if you do have this stat, but I'd love to see it.

To have a pitcher with a sub 2 ERA that has a losing record is plain pathetic

Again, who the hell are you talking about from 2011?

Starters in SEC games:
Gausman 3-6, 3.60 ERA
McCune 4-3, 4.13 ERA
Alsup 3-4, 6.02 ERA
Eades 1-0, 5.60 ERA

Overall games:
McCune 7-3, 3.31 ERA
Gausman 5-6, 3.51 ERA
Alsup 6-5, 4.66 ERA
Eades 4-1, 4.81 ERA

LSU in SEC games:
.291 batting avg (t-3rd)
167 runs (5th)

.274 opponent batting avg (5th)
4.96 ERA (6th)
.971 fielding pct (6th)

Anyone who is going to say that hitting is the reason we didn't make the postseason isn't telling the whole story.

Ah, so we weren't dead last as some people believe.

That's the national champs 9th out of 12 teams in this category, btw.

They are from the stats on the SEC website. In the analysis stats section. I think I may have something for the past couple of years. Lemme check.

Yep. A 2.46 ERA cures a lot problems in other areas.

In that automated scorebook address bar, just replace 2011 with 2010, 2009, etc
