I loved the movies, I'm just not sure it will translate to the small screen.

Agreed with the cable comment. This is going to be like going to a party expecting whiskey and getting O'Doul's instead. Hannibal Lite...No thanks.

probably go the way of most tv series made from big screen movies...cancelled mid season.
