Did Utah throw that game?

RLM on that game from Vegas. Line moved all the way down to Jazz -4 when public hammered Utah. Jefferson only 26 minutes even though he racked up a double double when he was in there. Millsap 22 minutes!?
Don't want to take away a nice win by the boys and an exceptional effort by Kaman, but why Jefferson was not in the game to defend him was borderline mind blowing. I get they were coming off a b2b, but this game just seemed to me like it was fixed. The other alternative is Corbin is just that dumb.
