The majority of the fans want this game but it comes down to a money issue with us losing a home game with the move to the big12 I wish we would just keep fsu and dump Marshall

What Homey said,and they couldn't dump JMU at Fedex field because of the 2mil payday.Most WVU fans wanted this one bad since the last matchup with FSU was Bowden's goodbye bowl in FL and noone was beating him that day.

we want this game our schedule would have been a tough one tho regardless
it still leaves the possibility of them coming to morgantown next year and maybe us going there some other time. Its about only having 6 home games since we already lost one to fedex field

Florida State AD: FSU may be forced to sue West Virginia If Seminoles are unable to find a suitable replacement for Mountaineers, they may litigate.
Florida State athletic director Randy Spetman on Saturday said that the university in the coming months may be forced to proceed with litigation against West Virginia if the Seminoles are unable to find a suitable replacement for the now-cancelled Sept. 8 football game between the two schools.
