I think we need a Crawfish & Beer Board

I had my first taste of boiled crawfish the other day. Heaven, pure heaven.

Everybody is a pro and their way is the best way.

We need a beer board. Sans anchor.

because people need to know how much are crawfish, how big are they, where can I find them in uptown new orleans, downtown new orleans, metairie, kenner, laplace, baton rouge, lafayette, lake charles, shreveport, how to cook them, what do you put in the pot, what do you drink, do you use a dipping sauce, who do you invite over, newspaper or trays, suck the head, eat the fat, peel the tail, bite the tail

And how long to cook the potatoes, and do I include mushrooms, corn, carrots, cabbage, tripe, pork chops, etc.

Oh and what spices, what brand, do you make your own, what size pot, water, orange juice, ice!, spray the pot, natural gas, propane, spicy, not spicy, leftovers, wash or purge, how many pounds
