We were asked to bring a dish to a crawfish boil.
What are some good ideas? What accompanies crawfish?

TIA

ok but seriously. Bring a dip for people to snack on before bugs are done. There was a good dip thread going on if you can find it.

Good idea. A good dish of bacon is always a hit.

Will a grill be accessible? Salmon or Red Fish on the half shell, reserve some of the corn to grill them.

He does have one, just not sure how big of a party this is. This sounds like a good dinner by itself. Thanks

A fruit salsa would be a good before the boil dip. A little sweet before all the spice is nice.

I like the cornbread idea. Even crawfish cornbread would be fun to have. Just warm it a bit when you get there.
