Saban's trying to tear the fence down

Just looked at 24/7's Louisiana top 20 for 2013 and Bama is listed on about half of them. Not sure if their list of offers is accurate, but they are showing Bama as offering 7 players (including the one that has already committed) from the state already.

maybe you are new to this but NS has always offered the top 5-10 La players. Nothing new here.

I understand that. Hell, I think it's great that a great that an excellent eye for talent like Saban offered LA guys. It shows these guys are big time players. But to act like a recruit having interest in Bama means we have no shot is bullshite.

I'm sure Les does recruit kids from Alabama, but do you believe that he targets 10-15 of them in a single year? Is Bama recruiting 30-40 kids from Florida or 25-30 from Georgia? States produce similar talent to Louisiana with much larger populations.

Hopefully bama doesnt become like the UNC of basketball, where most of the best players want to play.

Go through the Rivals/Scout top 100 players and you'll see that a lot, and I mean a lot, have offers from bama. That being said, Saban, the slimy little troll that he is, has the most contacts in alabama and Louisiana. That's where he recruits.
