Is there a cheaper service than COX in BR for DVR, etc.?

Just moved here. Want cable with HD, DVR, and golf channel. Is cox my cheapest option? Thanks.

I was on the phone with cox arguing with them last night.... I have to carry through with what I told them I would do.... So....... I would not recommend cox cable
