Sorry, if that is a stupid question. Just wasn't sure if we were still expecting more LOIs to come in.

Good question. I believe that we can't back count next year. We might as well sign a full 25 unless we're above the 85.

Thomas appears to have work to do academically. I suppose he is still a possibility but not guaranteed.

They are. So unless the coaches see better potential in players that haven't signed yet over the players who are already on the team, then no.
