My guess is he is Visting Corey Thompson the Safety from Sugarland aTm commit maybe also Hunter Katy is about 25 miles away from Sugarland

I would think Miles would wait until after Thompson's visit to A&M this weekend to talk to him. Also, Thompson may already be on A&M's campus

This is an interesting thing. Elston is coming in this weekend (confirm?) wants to play WR but can play S. Was his offer based on pushing Thompson or luring Alexander? Or both? I'm feeling more and more that if CLM is visiting and doesn't leave with a commit, then we don't get him and better go hard after Elston.
It really hinges on Thompson's discussion with the new DB coach at TAMU. I can't imagine he's better or has done more with DB than Cooper. And you know that with Reid, the defensive backfield at LSU will continue to get first round attention. Can't see him getting that kind of buzz at TAMU, but who knows what drives these kids?
I'm kind of worried that if we can't reel in the Houston players, with TAMU in the SEC now, our old recruiting philosophy will really being to bite us.

I think he takes both Thompson and Elston, saying they both want to come here, and sees where Elston and Thompson are best suited at. I think they are both safeties at the next level but they may see Thompson as a LB and Elston as a WR, who knows

It never stops being interesting... The flight out of Baton Rouge is only scheduled to stay in Sugarland about an hour. It suggests to me that Miles is already over there - which is consistent with TigerRyno's report we heard earlier.
I never could find out how CLM got from either Shreveport or Baton Rouge to meet with CPatterson yesterday evening, so I suspect somehow, somewhere he hitched a ride to meet CPatterson (if in fact that did happen - I still have my doubts though Shea said it took place...) and then scooted into the Houston area either last night or earlier this AM. It would make sense to connect with Corey Thompson early today if in fact he is going to TAMU this weekend...
Pure speculation...
