Stating that it is ridiculous that the State of Louisiana would pursue a case like this and spend the time and money. No Surprise I guess - he has shown us what kind of human being he is.

Well, it is.

NOLA is doing itself a giant disservice by pursuing this case.

This is stupid, you have a felony committed on video. How can you not prosecute?

So basically he's daring the DA to proceed. Let's see how that works out for him. If he had an ounce of common sense he would STFU and let his lawyer do the talking. But if he had an ounce of common sense he wouldn't be in this predicament in the first place.

based ont the video they have of this guy doing the crime it shouldn't take much time or resources to punish him.

Yes, I agree. His lawyer must have been okay with him releasing this statment to the press. Seems he wasn't advised wisely or he made another stupid public mistake.

Exactly what I was thinking. Dont think the NOLA DA sees or hears this. You dont talk like that about someone that literally has your teabags in his hands

Why? Should Nola give the message it's ok to rub your balls on people's faces here? Should Nola not persecute a felony that they have on video? It's not like they just avoid all murder cases, come on.

No, what's "ridiculous" is how this 30 year-old fool is going to be treated by his wives at the Orleans Parish jail. He's gonna have to love his Auntie Bubbas as well. It'll put the "dic" in ridiculous.

Pretty sure it's illegal to put your genitals on someone anywhere in the country.

Exactly. It's not like they sent out people looking for this kid. They weren't even going to do anything until the EBRPD said he would do everything in his power to find him & prosecute. The DA in NOLA probably has an intern on the case.
