I always enjoyed the Guyver stuff too. Not the American live action movie with Mark Hamill.

Since Megaupload got shut down, I noticed most of the older animes on anime44 arent working. Heres a link to a site that uses a different player. Anime Season
Bakemonogatari works on that site.

Another vote for Paranoia Agent.

Little Slugger for the win.

The suicide episode is amazing.

I think I may have seen this.

Is Little Slugger the one who murders with a baseball bat?

If you haven't watched Neon Genesis Evangelion, you really should. It's the best imo, and a classic at worst.

If it is anything like the movie Evangelion 1.11, I'll pass.

I couldn't even enjoy the movie. Shinji is an annoying little bitch.

No doubt Shinji is a blubbering vagina but that's part of what makes the series. You aren't supposed to like him.

If you couldn't handle it for an hour and a half, I doubt you could handle it for 26 episodes.

Cannot stress Berserk enough though, try it out. I would compare it to Song of Ice and Fire. Similarities are there.

Shadowskill is a really pretty Anime. The story line has been done before...kind of. You might like it. Barren wasteland future society, super powered martial arts, demons and mutants. A brother and sister and a mysterious super powerful guardian. That kind of thing.

This is one of the most well known "animes" around. Its story is fantastic and every bit of it is really well done. Definitely need to watch it from the beginning.

Its called "Avatar: The Last Airbender". Surely you've heard of the shite film that Shyamalan made off of it before. Well the series isn't shite and its just great. The best way to describe it is it takes the rough plot of Star Wars, sets it in an asian Middle Earth, and is in a Miyazaki like setting, art style, and themes. It tells the Hero's Journey pretty perfectly for multiple characters. Its on Netflix Instant right now, and the sequel series "Avatar: The Legend of Korra" is coming out later this year, so get caught up on it.

Code Geass and Death Note are both pretty short series but pretty entertaining. Both have first seasons that are a good bit better than their second seasons but CG has a pretty damn good last 3 episodes.
